Injectable methandienone
Methandrostenolone (injectable methane) is an androgenic anabolic steroid that appeared on the pharmaceutical market more than half a century ago. It is also known under the brand names Dianabol, Metandienone, Naposim, DBOL, Nerobol, Danabol. It was originally used exclusively for therapeutic purposes to stimulate the recovery process after surgery, in the treatment of burns and to improve overall tone.
Steroid profile
- Anabolic activity is 200% of testosterone,
- Androgenic activity is 50%.
- The ability to aromatize the substance is not high.
- Has a moderate effect on the liver.
- Duration of action – up to 9 hours.
- Time of detection in blood – up to 3 months.
Effects of use
The following effects are observed when using medication such as injectable methandienone:
- A significant increase in muscle mass, which is due to the activation of protein synthesis. Most of the weight is gained through water retention. Without the use of appropriate pharmacological agents there is often a phenomenon of backsliding.
- Strengthening of joints.
- Increased strength performance.
- Increased appetite.
- Fat-burning effect (with adequate diet and methane regimen).
Course and dosag
Injectable methane for muscle building is not recommended for underage children and athletes with contraindications (e.g., liver pathology, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, prostatic hypertrophy, etc.). A safe dosage of methandrostenolone is 30 mg. The duration of the injection course should not exceed 6 weeks.
After one week of methandrostenolone use, aromatase inhibitors are added to reduce the estrogenic effect, which helps to reduce swelling and fluid accumulation in the body. Boosters can be used to normalise endogenous testosterone concentrations. The main thing is to constantly monitor the physiological parameters and make the appropriate adjustments in a timely manner.
Combination Courses with Injectable Methane
A course of injectable methane as a standalone therapy has many disadvantages, which is why it is often used in combined courses. It is not recommended to use this steroid at the same time with AAS, which have a pronounced negative effect on the liver. For muscle growth methandrostenolone should be used together with Primobolan, Sustanon, Nandrolon, Trenbolone. The golden rule of combined methane applications is the addition of a testosterone-containing drug.
There are also some non-traditional methods of taking this substance to build muscle mass. For example, interval and intermittent. The interval method prevents negative effects on the body’s own testosterone production (according to some studies), and the intermittent method eliminates addiction to the active substance and negative effects on the liver.
Side effects of the drug
The instructions for use of injectable methadone are the basis for avoiding negative side effects. It is necessary to study carefully the route of administration, to determine the correct dosage and the duration of the course. The most common side effect of injectable methane is gynecomastia, which results from the conversion of part of the active substance to estrogens.
Aromatase inhibitors are used to prevent this negative reaction when using methandienone. Medicines such as Flamin, Tykveol and some choleretic medicines are effective in compensating for the negative toxic effects on the liver. In addition, methane promotes increased hydration: cells retain excess water, and at the end of the injection course it is released, which causes the phenomenon of rebound (prevented by the use of aromatase inhibitors).
