Information for those wishing to buy SP Masteron 100 mg in the UK
Finasteride 5 mg by Balkan Pharmaceuticals is a 5th eradase inhibitor, the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. This drug is able to significantly reduce the concentration of dihydrotestosterone in blood serum, thus reducing unwanted androgenic effects caused by its presence. Its effect is rapid, with one 1mg tablet reducing dihydrotestosterone concentrations by 65% in 24 hours. In England, this drug is used medically for the treatment of two conditions.
Finasteride was originally produced in the USA under the name Proscar and was used in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate). More recently (in December 1997) finasteride was approved for the treatment of alopecia. Now there is another trade name for Propecia, which is the same drug, but only one pill contains 1/5 of a dose of Proscar. For a long time, scientists believed that only dihydrotestosterone (along with genetic factors) was the cause of male pattern baldness, so after the release of Proscar, they had little doubt that finasteride would be used for this purpose. It was a breakthrough for men suffering from baldness.

Effects of Finasteride 5 mg by Balkan Pharmaceuticals
Due to its specific nature, Finasteride 5 mg has little effect on other hormones in the body. It does not bind to androgen receptor and has no androgenic, antiandrogenic, estrogenic or anti-estrogenic properties. It should not affect cortisol, thyroid-stimulating hormone or thyroxine levels and should not alter high or low density alpha lipoprotein cholesterol levels. Changes in luteinising or follicle-stimulating hormones are insignificant, and the drug does not affect the hypothalamic-pituitary- testicular system. In a small number of cases, decreased dihydrotestosterone levels have caused sexual disturbances. Although the complaints have been frequent, this problem can be quickly resolved by stopping the drug.
Interestingly, Finasteride 5 mg increases testosterone levels by 15%, because more androgen is not changed by the edetase enzyme.
Proscar / Propecia has great potential for English athletes using steroids. Dihydrotestosterone metabolite is known to cause adverse androgenic effects caused by testosterone intake. High levels of dihydrotestosterone, which accumulates in certain tissues, cause such phenomena as oily skin, acne, growth of body and facial hair, and baldness. By minimising dihydrotestosterone production, we reduce many of the side effects and stabilise testosterone levels.
Combination of Finasteride 5 mg with other medicines
In many cases Finasteride 5 mg can be combined with other steroids (testosterone esters such as Cypionate, Enanthate, Sustanon, etc), Halotestin and methyltestosterone, which have less androgenic properties. Of course, we should not forget that all steroids activate the androgen receptor. Although this drug reduces androgenic activity, there is no drug that can completely eliminate the occurrence of side effects while taking steroids. It should also be noted that finasteride blocks the type 2 enzyme 5A reductase.
There are 2 isoenzymes in the human body – type 1 and type 2. Type 1 5-a-reductase is predominant in the sebaceous glands of the skin. The type 2 enzyme 5-a-reductase is mainly found in the prostate and hair follicle (among others). Although type 2 enzyme is responsible for 2/3 of circulating dihydrotestosterone in the body, a small amount of dihydrotestosterone can be produced in the body by type 1 enzyme. Therefore, Finasteride 5 mg is effective for hair loss and is less effective against acne and hair growth on the body and face (these are the areas where the type 1 enzyme is active).
Of course, a decrease in serum dihydrotestosterone will have a favourable effect on side effects. In any case, this is not the main problem, as men taking this drug are mainly concerned about baldness. Oily skin or hair growth on the back/shoulders can be treated by other means or you can just get over it. Those who use medication know that these problems are temporary. And baldness can become a serious problem, often irreversible. You should also remember that testosterone, halotestin and methyltestosterone are the only hormones that are converted to stronger steroids by 5 – alpha reductase. I believe that boldenone and methandrostenolone do too, but only slightly. There may be other steroids which are converted to stronger metabolites by 5A-reductase, but these are not popular at the moment.
Dosage of Finasteride 5 mg by Balkan Pharmaceuticals
In clinical practice, one Finasteride 5 mg tablet has a strong effect. If after a while the androgenic effect becomes too strong, it is possible to increase the number of tablets per day or to switch to Proscar (5 mg tablet). Proscar / Propecia are quite expensive and it is not a good idea to use them at a higher dose. It may be better to keep the dose at the lowest effective level.
In any case, the advice “Use only when necessary” should be adhered to when using this medicine.
